WARNING: THIEFWould like to speak about http://lunarium-luna.deviantart.com/ .
Few days ago I received an invoice from Paypal, that someone requested money back. I figured it out that it was one of my commissioners, and later I contact the person with my question, because her order was completed in 5 days after payment and the customer was satisfied.
My message was:
Today I received Paypal notification that you requested money from ych auction that I've already drew for you back o_O
Can you explain, what's happening? Because I really wonder to know."
Then I got the answer from her.
"I haven't requested any money back, so it can't be me. Unless there's a misunderstanding as my Grandmother and I share the paypal we use. When I use paypal she sometimes thinks she paid for it and not me so I'll have to ask her about it and get back with you ASAP."
I believed her, yep, that seemed strange to me that she uses the same Paypal with her grandma, but everything is
BE CAREFULhi guys~ <333
i want to make a journal about a situation which i had a few days ago.
one of my commissioners requested a chargeback from my paypal account...
her name on dA was Lunarium-Luna (her paypal address was firstname.lastname@example.org). she deactivated her account right after i noted her.
what is the worst thing? that she was really nice and lovely.
she always commented on my drawings and she was one of my supporters.
well... i have to learn from my mistakes.
i was too trustful.
i want to say please make sure that you've got the proof if you take a commission.
i know that she deceived more people on dA:
we try to fight about our money but i don't know if we can receive our money back.
paypal doesn't take care about the digital sellers because we don't sell the printed drawings.
i hope for the best but what i want to say is that you have to be more careful.
here's the list of characters she commissioned:
